Refund & Return Policy

At Auraze, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

  • The item is not damaged by the customer after delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Personal care products that have been used

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once the return request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.

5. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit, depending on the situation

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Auraze reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
