At Auraze, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item meets the following conditions:

These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
