Auraze currently provides nationwide shipping within Pakistan. We aim to deliver products safely and quickly to all major cities and regions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

  • Occasionally, Auraze may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Auraze will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
